Honestly? Nothing. We are making the most relevant up-to-date restaurant guide in Colorado PERIOD. We do have plans for making revenue, but we will never charge your restaurant for having a profile on our site, ever. About CFG
ColoradoFoodGuide.com is resource site for people visiting the great cities of Colorado and for current residents to really find out what is available. My hope is to make this site the most relevant up-to-date restaurant guide that will ever grace the state of Colorado. My name is Griffin Granberg and I am a serial entrepreneur and soon-to-be investor in online businesses. I am excited to see what CFG can become and with your help achieve all the very high goals I have set for the project. Below are a few bullet points that should give you a quick summary of what ColoradoFoodGuide.com is and came from.
- ColoradoFoodGuide.com is owned and operated by Mountastic Ventures Incorporated. A Colorado corporation that current is based out of Fort Collins, CO.
- CFG was a brain child of mine after realizing there were no good restaurant guides where I am originally from, Sioux Falls, SD. I nolonger am a resident there and have noticed a lack of a Restaurant Guide for almost every city in Colorado so I decided to bring the idea to my beautiful new home in Colorado. I'm excited to be here and hopefully support the communities throughout the site.
- Besides keeping the most relevant and up-to-date restaurant guide for the state of Colorado, our main goal is to drive our (loyal) viewers right to the point of sales for your restaurant.
- Mountastic Ventures (parent company) is in the business of Online Marketing, and has excelled at it, for several years bringing leads to our client base of Doctors, Lawyers, Realtors, and Retail Business Owners. We plan on using this knowledge to benefit everyone involved with our newest web venture, ColoradoFoodGuide.com
CFG Features
With ColoradoFoodGuide.com, we are implementing a lot of features that online visitors expect and then going the extra mile to really give them extra. Below are some of the features that we plan on implementing free of charge to the restaurants of Colorado.
- A description of your restaurant - more than just one sentence. Our goal is at least a paragraph of information to give our online visitors a real door into your business
- Categorizing your restaurant by Food, Dining Type, Price, and several other factors
- Contact information on how anyone can contact your business - providing them address, phone, fax and email (if available)
- 360 Virtural Tour - we will come to your business and take up to two 360 virtual tours of your dining area(s). Pictures say a thousand words, but a virtual tour really captures the ambience of dining area allowing them to look up, down, left and right.
- Great Quality Photography - we have invested a lot of money in our photography equipment and training and will (at no charge) come and take photos of your resturant (inside and out)
- Each profile will provide a Google Maps depiction of where your map is located.
- We will put positive feedback and testimonials on your profile. We will not allow any negative comments. We feel that it's too easy for anyone online (even competition) to harm a restaurant's reputation by putting up negative comments. For that reason, they will not be displayed.
- Your profile will also include: Your Hours of Operation, Your Logo, Sample of your menu, Weekly Specials listed (on your profile and on the front page), Special Events calendar, and your suggestions are always welcome.
Panoramics
When we mentioned 360 Tours above we are definitely not skimping out on that. We have invested in the best equipment that can really let people know how it is to actually be in your restaurant. I know restaurateurs put a lot of time to make their dining area hospitable to their patrons. I know my family did (whose restaurant was in a historical building in Sioux Falls, SD that was built in 1910). We always used to say, "If people could just see - I mean REALLY SEE - how it is in our dining area and feel the great ambience then we'd have even more business." Along with us doing one or two panoramics (at no cost) we also will take several pictures of your restaurant. This will occur the same day we are scheduled to do your 360 Panoramic Tour.
