When you’re planning a trip to Colorado you’ve got to eat your way through the statethat’s just a given! Once you’ve found internet service that beats dialup at home use it to map your way through the great state and don’t forget to try at least one version of the following while you’re here
Beer: Colorado’s known for its breweries, and for good reason. Coors is here as well as about a hundred great microbreweries and you can find any taste from IPA to draught if you look hard enough. A great brewery’s only a few steps away when you’re in CO.
Beef: Colorado’s known for its steak and that’s because some of the world’s best angus roam here. Try Elway’s in Denver for a world-class meal or head to more of a hole in the wall to taste some of the most tender grass fed beef you’ve ever had.
Rocky Mountain Oysters: If you don’t already know what these are, don’t ask. Simply sit back, order them fried and get a lot of ketchup. You’re going to need it.
